Time Information Application is a program that speaks out loud to tell you the time. It can be customized to give notifications every 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or hourly. It uses the computer's default voice (which may vary depending on the Windows operating system). Additional voice packs can be added manually, and it automatically speaks in the user's language. It also has the ability to convert text to speech (TTS) with audio saving functionality, and the user can create alarms or reminders that are set to their own schedule. The program works well on Windows 10, but can still be used on other versions of Windows.
